【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60255isbasedon1EC61000-4-3,referringtothatpublicationwhereapplicable,andspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforradiatedelectromagneticfielddisturbancetestsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentforpowersystemprotection,includingthecontrol,monitoringandprocessinterfaceequipmentusedwiththosesystems.TheobjectiveofthetestsistoconfirmthattheEUT(equipmentundertest)willoperatecorrectlywhenenergisedandsubjectedtoanelectromagneticfieldfromaradiationsourceoperatingwithinthefrequencyrange80MHzto1000MHz.NOTE1TheproductstandardIEC60255-22-6(basedonIEC61000-4-6)establishestheimmunityofmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentoverthefrequencyrangeof0,15MHzto80MHz.Also,amendment1(subclause5.2)toIEC61000-4-3proposestoincludefrequenciesupto2GHztotestforimmunityagainstdevicessuchasportabledigitaltelephones.NOTE2Thetestmethodsdefinedinthisstandardarestructuredfortheprimaryobjectiveofestablishingadequaterepeatabilityofresultsatvarioustestfacilitiesforqualitativeanalysisofeffects.ThetestmethodsusingaportabletransmitterarenottakenintoconsiderationherebecausetheEMCdirectivenowspecifiesasweeptest,calibratedfieldstrengthsmustbeusedandtheportabletransmittertestisnotgenerallyreproducible.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletomeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentinanunusedcondition,andalltestsspecifiedaretypetestsonly.note:*(specifiedinthefirstedition(1989)ofthisstandard)
