【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS24534providestherequirementsforanElectronicRegistrationIdentification(ERI)thatisbasedonanidentifierassignedtoavehicle(e.g.forrecognitionbynationalauthorities),suitabletobeusedfor:electronicidentificationoflocalandforeignvehiclesbynationalauthorities,vehiclemanufacturing,in-life-maintenanceandend-of-lifeidentification(vehiclelifecyclemanagement),adaptationofvehicledata,e.g.incaseofinternationalre-sales,safety-relatedpurposes,crimereduction,commercialservices,andadheringtoprivacyanddataprotectionregulations.ThispartofISO/TS24534definesthevehicleidentificationdata.ThisdataiscalledtheERIdataandincludes:thevehicleidentifier,andpossibleadditionalvehicle-relatedinformation(astypicallyincludedinavehicleregistrationcertificate).Alladditionalvehicledataelementsaredefinedasoptional.Itislefttolocallegislationand/orthediscretionofaregistrationauthoritytouseornottouseaparticulardataelement.Ifused,thevalueisassumedtobetheoneregisteredbytheregistrationauthorityinaccordancewithlocallegislation.ThispartofISO/TS24534onlyprovidesthesyntaxforallthesedataelements.NOTEThesecureapplicationlayerinterfacesfortheexchangeofERIdatawithanERIreaderorwriterarespecifiedinParts4and5ofISO/TS24534.
