【摘要】:1Dip-slidemethod1.1Thismethoddescribesdipslideproceduresthatusetwotypesofagartotestthepresenceofcommensalbacteriaandcoliforms(gramnegative).Thisprocedureissuitablewhenamanufacturerrequiresasimpletesttoscreenfinishedfillingmaterialhygiene.1.2Thismethodcannotbeusedtotestthepresenceofsulfite-reducingclostrides(grampositive)andsalmonella(gramnegative).2SelectivemediumandcountplatemethodThismethoddescribesproceduresthatusedifferenttypesofmediumtoverifythepresenceandquantityof:—mesophilicaerobicbacteria(see6.4);—faecalstreptococci(see6.5);—sulfite-reducingclostridium(see6.6);—salmonella(see6.7).Thismethod,usedforbothrawandfinishedmaterials,givesmorecompleteandspecificinformationonthecontrolofthemicrobiologicalstateofthefillingmaterialthanthedipslidemethod.
