【摘要】:Thefanpressurizationprocedureprovidesarelativelyfastevaluationoftheairtightnessofbuildingenvelopes.Inorderfortheaccuracyofthetestresultstobeknown,theairflowratemeasurementtechniqueofthefanpressurizationsystemmustbecalibrated.Thistestmethodisapplicabletofanpressurizationsystemsthatareinstalledinanopeninginthebuildingenvelope,asopposedtopressurizationtechniquesinvolvingthemechanicalventilationsystemofthebuilding.Thetechniqueofpressurizationtestingofbuildingsputsspecificrequirementsonthecalibrationoffanpressurizationsystems.Thecalibrationmustcovertherangeoffanpressuredifferences(approximately12.5to75Pa)thatisinducedduringpressurizationtests.Thecalibrationmustalsocoverarangeinfanairflowratescorrespondingtotherangeinbuildingsizeandairtightnessthatthefanpressurizationsystemwillencounterinthefield.Thefanpressurizationsystemmustbecalibratedinbothdirectionsofairflowusedtopressurizeanddepressurizeabuildingifthesystemairflowdirectionisreversible.Thesetwocalibrationscanbeconductedusingthevarioussetupsdescribedinthistestmethod;howeversomeofthesetupscanbecombinedsuchthatasinglecalibrationfacilitycanbeusedtocalibratethefaninbothdirections.Suchasinglesetupmayinvolvemovingthefanpressurizationsystemfromoneendofthechambertotheother,reversingtheorientationofthesystematthesameendofthechamber,oritmaynotrequiremovingthesystematall.Thecalibrationtechniqueisapplicabletothetwobasictypesoffanpressurizationsystemsinuse,r/mindoorsandsignaldoors.Forfanpressurizationsystemsthatoperateinmultiplerangesofairflowrate,thesystemmustbecalibratedineachrange.Thecalibrationtechniqueisintendedtoprovideacompletecalibrationofafanpressurizationsystem.Aftercalibratingseveralsystemsofanidenticalorsimilardesign,thefanairflowratemaybefoundtobeindependentofcertainparameterssuchasfanpressuredifference.Othersimplifyingrelationsbetweenfanairflowrateandfanspeedorfansignalmaybeobserved.Iftheserelationsareobserved,amanufacturerorothercalibratormaychoosetosimplifythecalibrationprocedurebyreducingthenumberofcalibrationpoints.Theuseoffanpressurizationsystemsinactualbuildingsintroducesadditionalfactorsthatmaycauseerrorsintheairflowratemeasurementthatarenotaccountedforbythecalibration.Thesefactorsincludeoperatorandweathereffectsandinterferencefrominternalpartitionsandotherobstructions.^1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheairflowmeasurementcalibrationtechniquesforfanpressurizationsystemsusedformeasuringairleakageratesthroughbuildingenvelopes.1.2ThistestmethodisapplicabletosystemsusedforairleakagemeasurementasdescribedinPracticeE779.1.3Thistestmethodinvolvestheinstallationofthefanpressurizationsysteminacalibrationchamber.Useofthefanpressurizationsysteminanactualbuildingmayintroduceadditionalerrorsintheairflowmeasurementduetooperatorinfluence,interferenceofinternalpartitionsandfurnishings,weathereffects,andotherfactors.1.4Theproperuseofthistestmethodrequiresaknowledgeoftheprinciplesofairflowandpressuremeasurement.1.5Thisstandardincludestwobasicprocedures,apreferredprocedure,basedonASHRAE51/AMCA210,andanoptionalprocedurebasedonanonstandardairflowmeasurementtechnique,commonlyusedbymanufacturersoffanpressurizationdevices,butwhichhasnotbeencomparedwithstandardairflowmeasurementtechniques.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpu......
