【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestomachinescoveredbyIEC60034-1whentheycannotbeloadedtoaspecificcondition(ratedorotherwise)forwhateverreason.Itisapplicabletobothmotorsandgeneratorsbutthemethodsarenotsuitableformachinesofandbelow1kW.Theobjectofthisstandardistoprovidedescriptionsofvariousindirectloadtests,thepurposeofwhichistodeterminethetemperatureriseofrotatingelectricalmachines,includinga.c.inductionmachines,a.c.synchronousmachinesandd.c.machines.Thetestmethodsinsomecasesprovide,inaddition,ameansofmeasuringorestimatingotherparameterssuchaslossesandvibration,butthemethodsarenotdesignedspecificallytoprovidesuchdata.Theproposedmethodsoftestareconsideredequivalent,thechoiceofthemrelyingonlyonthelocation,thetestingapparatusandthekindofmachine,andthetestresultaccuracy.Itisnotintendedthatthisstandardbeinterpretedasrequiringthecarryingoutofanyorallofthetestsdescribedthereinonanygivenmachine.Theparticularteststobecarriedoutaresubjecttoaspecialagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.Asthemethodsreproduceonlyapproximatelythethermalconditionsofthemachineswhichoccurundernormalratedcondition,temperature-risemeasurementresultsachievedfromtestswiththesemethodscanbetakenasthebasisfortheevaluationofmachineheatingaccordingto7.10ofIEC60034-1byagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.
